Method of Payment

Payment can be made by cheque or funds transfer to our bank account in London.

For security purposes, we recommend that payment arrangements are agreed verbally on the telephone.

Delivery

Since much of our stock is fragile, we are happy to deliver in the London area - especially to hard-pressed customers looking for gifts at the last minute for birthdays or Xmas.

At your request we will arrange for quotes for the despatch and insurance of items.

Warranty

St. Véran Antiques shall include in its sale invoice particulars and condition of the item(s) sold and, where possible, warrants the origin and authenticity of its stock.

If, within seven days of delivery, the authenticity of the stock is disputed or damage or restoration is found which has not already been notified to the customer and is shown to materially affect the value of the item, St. Véran Antiques will offer to cancel the sale and effect a full refund, provided that St. Véran Antiques shall not be liable for damage in transit or other incidental or consequential damage and provided that cancellation and refund shall be accepted by the customer in full and final satisfaction of any claim and in lieu of any other recourse or remedy in law.
